We had a fantastic stay on the shores of a beautiful lake, with stunning views of nearby mountains on an island surrounded by small artisan villages. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a warm and clean pool overlooking the lake which our son loved. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and varied.
Nothing bad to say, we had a memorable time.

This hotel is an amazing getaway, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The garden area is well maintained and perfect for relaxation. The restaurant offers tasty dishes, and the breakfast is served in-room with a wide selection of food. The spacious rooms are elegantly furnished and have exclusive amenities, while the private facilities enhance the luxurious experience.
The only minor issue is the lack of an outdoor swimming pool, although the heated swimming pool makes up for it. Despite this, the hotel more than compensates with its overall quality service and picturesque location, making it a top recommendation for a luxurious vacation.

Spent Thanksgiving in this Mexican paradise. The rooms were huge with stunning views of the lake and the food was simple but excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing a warm atmosphere that felt like home. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful artisan villages nearby. the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The price was a bit high and the hotel did not offer complimentary internet service. However, overall the experience was worth every penny spent.

The hotel is located in a stunning location near a lake, with incredible views of the Central Highlands of Mexico. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay. The bathrooms are well-maintained and always spotlessly clean. The breakfast is delicious, served with fresh orange juice and handmade bread. The view of the surrounding area is breathtaking!
The hotel lacks transportation options and feels isolated from the surrounding areas.

Spent Easter weekend at a gorgeous hotel with amazing views, including a beautiful infinity pool. The staff was fantastic, always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a highlight: delicious and plenty of food. The room was cozy and well-appointed, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby villages and attractions. Can't forget to mention the great drinks selection at the bar!
The service was not consistent. There were a few times we felt like we were bothering staff when we asked for help or information.
